Pete Milosevic—The Stag—7th August
Head Chef of the worlds worst vegetarian restaurant! You will recognize Peter from the South Australian lifestyle television show Discover on Channel 7, he brings years of experience and knowledge to the Hills Market Kitchen. Peter will unravel the complexities of cooking with meat, The Stag is renowned for its amazing array of branded meat specialties where you can dare to devour the 1kg rib eye of beef!
Justin Markos – Grange Golf Club 21st August
We have enticed Justin back in to the kitchen again. Justin’s pedigree as a chef reads like a who’s who of the restaurant world! He has worked in some of the best kitchens in the world including Le Gavroche (house of the famous Roux brothers) and Ramsays in London. Justin is a firm favourite and will prepare dishes from the menu at the Grange Golf Club.

Ben is one of the most passionate and committed young chefs getting around. His sessions have gained a cult following – please book early to avoid disappointment. This is Ben’s last session for 2009.

Hills Market Kitchen for Kids - 10th July 2009
A programme designed for 8-15year olds who want to have a little independence in the kitchen. We will prepare a simple nutritious menu and share lunch together. A little baking after lunch to take a few treats home. There will be hands on involvement and lots of information and surprises shared with our budding chefs.
