Chocoholics cannot miss this event as there will be free tastings from confectioners around the state as well as an interesting selection of nuts and dried fruits available from local producers. |

The Chocolate and Nut Festival will be held over the Mother's Day weekend (May 12th & 13th) so you can spoil your Mum with a great selection of chocolate or you may want to choose something else from other traders at the Heart of the Hills Market , the Old Woollen Mills, Lobethal. |

Scientists have been studying this effect of chocolate for years and have discovered over 300 known chemicals. Among these are various different stimulants including caffeine, that increase the activity of neurotransmitters in the brain that give us that jolt associated with coffee.
